This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Signalynx Data Technologies Ltd, doing business as Intentrack.ai (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy applies to all users (“Users,” “you”) of the Intentrack.ai website, platform, and associated Services (“Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not, directly or indirectly:
1.1 Unlawful Use
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or governmental order.
- Use the Services to promote or conduct fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
1.2 Data Misuse
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit signals, leads, or data without prior written authorization.
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Services using automated scripts, bots, or similar technologies.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code or proprietary algorithms.
1.3 Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, networks, or systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code into the Services.
- Interfere with or disrupt platform performance, servers, or network infrastructure.
1.4 Spam & Abuse
- Use signals or leads obtained from the Services to engage in unsolicited marketing communications, bulk email (spam), or harassment.
- Misrepresent identity, affiliation, or authorization when using the Services.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Users are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring lawful use of signals, leads, and data in accordance with applicable privacy and marketing laws (including GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, PDPO).
- Implementing reasonable security measures to protect any data obtained via the Services.
- Ensuring that their employees, contractors, or agents who access the Services comply with this Policy.
3. Enforcement
3.1 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services for any violation of this Policy.
- Remove any content or activity deemed unlawful, abusive, or in breach of this Policy.
- Report violations to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
3.2 Users shall remain liable for all fees due and payable at the time of suspension or termination.
4. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Misuse of the Services;
- Violation of this Policy;
- Breach of applicable data privacy, anti-spam, or marketing laws.
5. Updates
This Policy may be amended from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
6. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
