Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Signalynx Data Technologies Ltd, doing business as Intentrack.ai (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy governs all purchases and subscriptions made through the Intentrack.ai platform and associated Services.

1. General Principle

1.1 All purchases, subscriptions, and fees paid to the Company are final and non-refundable.
1.2 By completing a purchase or subscription, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

2. Subscriptions and Renewals

2.1 Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the User prior to renewal.
2.2 Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the User to a refund for fees already paid.

3. No Partial Refunds or Credits

3.1 We do not issue partial refunds or credits for:

  • Unused Services;
  • Mid-cycle cancellations;
  • Downgrades of plans;
  • Dissatisfaction with data, signals, or results.

4. Exceptions

4.1 Refunds may only be granted if expressly required by applicable law or if otherwise mandated by a regulatory authority.
4.2 Any such refunds shall be limited strictly to the extent legally required.

5. Business-to-Business Transactions

5.1 The Services are provided strictly for business-to-business (B2B) purposes.
5.2 This Policy does not apply to individual consumers where mandatory statutory rights (such as EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights) may override this Policy.
5.3 By subscribing, the User represents and warrants that they are acting in a business capacity.

6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
